I'll keep it short and sweet. Good = Location, cleanliness, quiet. Bad = No aircon in rooms so is boiling hot, no plugs near the bed so can't charge things whilst using and no food served whatsoever after 9:30pm. Didn't particularly sleep well due to the warmth, wouldn't recommend if temperature isn't very low outside.

Second time in this Premier Inn and it was much the same. Comfortable, if basic, room with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The free wifi was fine but the rooms could do with some updating (look a bit tired now)

The staff and location make this hotel. First impressions are that the hotel is tired and needs a bit of TLC from the PI brand. Tim greeted us at reception and was lovely..no issues at check in ( it was busy due to it being New Years Eve). Food was average...tv much smaller than most in PI rooms. We booked...

Easy to find close to millennium bridge and quayside. Car park charged at £4 per night both underground and open space. Some staircases from car park to reception, room on reception level less noisy than rooms above. Usual premier inn rooms, plenty room and everything works. Small walk to bus stand for Q3 bus into haymarket.

The hotel was clean, modern and central. Car parking was easy and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - better service than at many 5 star hotels we have stayed at. For a budget hotel this is a good option.

This hotel did the job, bed for the night and decent food but the place could do with a face lift. There are far better premier inns out there and this one definitely let the chain down. Our room was basic but clean the only fault with it was the traffic noise at night, you would think we had the...
