Very friendly staff and great location for exploring Newcastle - short walk to station and two stops on metro.
Nice room but noisy bars opposite.
The menu and quality of food leave a lot to be improved on!

The rooms don't have mini fridges but if their was a reason you needed a fridge i.e. Medication I'm sure if you give the hotel a call they may be able to offer you a solution as they are very friendly and helpful
