Great hospitality & a welcoming smile by Ruth upon arrival at the Travelodge which is becoming a rare thing in hotels these days. Check in was done with no fuss & the room is as expected. If only it was always this friendly. The staff are a credit to the company

We have been staying here for 5 years everytime we visit family in the area and can't recommend this Hotel highly enough. Alison (the manageress ) and her team are the most helpful and friendliest team you could ever meet and go above and beyond to ensure all their guests have an amazing stay My Husband and I were unfortunately involved in a serious car accident during our stay and Alison and her team could not of been more supportive. They truly are an amazing team and nothing is too much trouble for them. Ruth even came in on her Holidays to help search for our little dog who had ran off following the crash. Luckily we found her safe the next day. They strive to provide a high level of service and they certainly achieve this. The rooms are comfortable and provide everything you need. We can't thank you all enough for everything you did. You are all superstars. Michael, Eddie, Fudge and Mitzi.
