My wife and I stayed here so that we could attend the Lindesfarne Concert at the City Hall. The accommodation was good. The place was clean and quiet and just minutes away from the city centre. Parking was easy at the multi-storey next door. (Free between 5pm and 8am £1.30/hr else)

I am aware this hotel is closing in the near future due to University developments but standards do not need to slip in the interim period. Beware of food at the restaurant was a total disaster . My wife's Chicken and Bacon salad was appalling consisting of 3 small pieces of Chicken and a slither of bacon. The meat content...

Fab cheap hotel in the centre of Newcastle. Was quiet the night we stayed so wasn't disturbed like on other occasions. Parking on site that you buy a ticket for in the hotel. They must have changed the beds since we last stayed and they are a lot comfier.

We stayed here for an afternoon Xmas works do. Arrived early and no rooms were available, but left our luggage securely in the hotel. Got back at 7pm and room allocated, standard Premier, comfortable, clean and warm. No problems with the car park or access. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again, no problem.

This hotel is in a great central location, easy to walk into town and close to many shops, galleries and bars etc. I've stayed in many Premier Inn hotels and this one was pretty standard. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired and in need of some renewal, but it wasn't horrible and the food was excellent. The staff...

I stayed here for one night. When I got to my room I noticed that there was crumbs and pubic hair on my duvet. There was also a small pile of what appeared to be rubber on the side board. I went to reception to ask for my room to be cleaned as I was heading straight out so didn't...

I stayed here for one night after attending my daughter’s graduation. Previously Travel Inn staff have advised me to ring up the day before and ask for a really quiet room, which is what I am used to at home. This time, the answer was an abrupt, “you have to do it on the internet”. On arrival I had mistakenly...

I have never stayed in quite such a shabby or stifling twin room in my life! This hotel is located next to a building site on the outskirts of town backing onto a nasty graffti ridden underpass full of unsavoury characters. Do not walk around the back way for heavens sake! I stayed here for a work Christmas trip with...
