We had the best time at The Innside! It was meant to be our wedding day and Danielle made our time there perfect! The breakfast was amazing and the room we stayed in was flawless. Thank you Danielle for the most perfect stay. We'll definitely come back and we recommend this to everyone!

Dear staceyfG1134QZ, Thank you for your review and delighted to read that you had such a wonderful experience. Danielle is such an amazing asset to the team and I am not surprised to read that she made such a positive impact on your stay. The team in Gino's will equally be happy that you enjoyed your breakfast. I don't think you can get any better than 'flawless' so thank you! Hope to see you back again soon, Calum

Hotel's Favourite
We spent a very enjoyable two nights at the brand new INNSiDE Newcastle, checking out earlier this week. We went for their largest room - the ‘Townhouse’ - which was fantastic. At approximately 500 square foot it’s more like a spacious one bed flat, giving a true ‘home from home’ feel with all the modern amenities as well as welcome luxuries like bathrobes, slippers, a Nespresso, two televisions (one with Chromecast) and several large dual aspect floor to ceiling windows giving unobstructed views of all the bridges. Decor is lovely, light and bright with a large bath and separate shower. Breakfast was also very good for the money and the hotel is pet friendly which was a bonus, too, as it meant we could bring our small dog, Merlin. I never managed to use the gym (located on the first floor with their business suite) but it looked well equipped. Parking is a downside as it’s very limited with no option to pre-book and only about 12 spaces, but there’s other options close by including a public car park behind the neighbouring Wetherspoons. There’s a Gino D’Acampo restaurant on the ground floor (which also serves as the breakfast area) which does lunch and dinner and which we found to be surprisingly good when we dined there on the first evening. All in all, a stunning new addition to the ever-popular Quayside area and my new go-to for future visits to the city. Book this hotel!

Dear doctorbenedict, It was great to have you (and Merlin) stay at INNSiDE Newcastle and thank you for such a a wonderful review. Sometimes I have to remember we are only 8 weeks old as a hotel but really encouraged with some of your comments - we worked hard pre opening to identify some unique guest touchpoints across the hotel and I am glad you enjoyed both the product and the service we provide. As a frequent TripAdvisor reviewer, your 5 star review means a lot. Thanks Calum

The hotel was exceptional from the very moment I arrived to the moment I left. I was seen to quickly by front of house staff and given access to my room. The view was stunning. The room itself was dressed to a high standard and the finish was very high. Small touches such as chocolates and a personalised greeting card made me feel welcome and at home. Before venturing out into Newcastle, front of house staff were able to advise places to eat and drink they'd personally recommend. Danielle was very kind and professional throughout, she was avaliable to arrange additional room services which made our stay very enjoyable. I couldn't recommend this hotel more - and what fantastic staff.

Thumbs up from us, we were able to get a room with a balcony which over looked the bridges. Perfect for our doggie to stretch her legs in between walks. Lovely clean & spacious room for the weekend with personalised mirror message and yoga mat. Staff were extremely helpful with our questions about dinning out with a dog in the local area, and made us feel at home. The breakfast had a great selection on offer, traditional or continental in abundance. Can’t wait to visit again, thank you
