The hotel itself is in a great location and the rooms fine, but outdated and my wifi did not work. I did however have a terribly situated room, where for love nor money I was not able to sleep. I went down to the bar hoping to catch someone at reception but the staff seemed to be in the office...

This is a very conveniently situated hotel opposite the railway station in Newcastle. The rooms are a little dated, with very old wardrobes and bathroom, but all the same very comfortable. The service in the hotel is excellent, with very well trained and friendly staff. Breakfast was superb. Car Parking quite expensive, so be prepared.

Room was small and a bit dated, I did find hairs on my bed so I called down to reception and requested my sheets be changed. Bathroom was clean but small and very odd shaped once door was open you had to squeeze...

Good location just over the road from the station, but it's a noisy hotel (stag & hen parties) with lousy service. They had no record of our payment for 9 rooms so I had to put another £1500 on my credit card until they found the payment record. The shower jumped between burning hot and freezing cold and didn't stay...

Multiple choices at breakfast from a great selection, very enjoyable. Had a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet, may not be the case at the...
