Both rooms were decorated the way we had asked,a couple of extras thrown in which was a nice surprise. Staff all really helpful and friendly. The only down side would be the drinks were really expensive.

Had a really relaxing time at this hotel. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room was clean. Rooms nice and beds really comfy. Restaurant is amazing with a huge choice of food. Breakfast was great with a huge choice. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

We obviously stayed at a bad time for management! The only lift was out of order, the only gents toilet in the main public area was fenced off with customers being directed to a portaloo outside the building, and there were some very noisy party goers on our floor.

Fantastic overall. Could do with air conditioning in the bedrooms. Lovely breakfast and Sunday buffet in the restaurant was real value for money. Hotel as always well set out and clean. Leisure facilities fab.

Only place we stay is the village. Never fails to impress us. We feel at home here, with comfortable and spacious clean rooms. Bar and restuarants are both great with lovely food and friendly staff. Great stay, hopefully be there for a stay again soon. Got spa day booked here in 2 weeks cant wait.

Stayed here for the first time this weekend. Was impressed with the check in facilities but not that the lift was out of order and also that the main male toilets were being used for females and that the males needed to use a portacabin outside in the car park of the hotel. Staff were friendly in all areas of...

We stayed at the hotel where we were attending a retirement and birthday party. It was a pleasant visit and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely as we didn't have trime to visit the spa which looked very inviting.
