Disastrous place oh my IT says on the outside 24.99 get in and you will pay 50.00 It's not good enough for a 10 a night. Room too small Place too far Heating too cold!!! Just bad on all fronts except perhaps for the staff they try your help

Late arrival at airport so stayed here 2 adults and 3 kids. Smells of cigarettes. Beds comfortable but chance of sleeping low with drunken guests setting of fire alarm at 4 a.m. Paper thin walls. Toilets like portaloos. If you are on your own and room is £20 fair enough. Otherwise would avoid.

Sue the Manager is friendly and welcoming and ensured our stay was comfortable. THANKS SUE. The room was clean, mattress comfortable. Clean bedding and towels were provided. The staff work hard to keep communal areas such as showers etc clean. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. We did not experience any noise disturbance so got a good nights sleep....

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff at reception excellcent. Read reviews and brought my own extension lead cups teabags milk n sugar. Room very clean and tidy. Very warm in room. Beds very comfy. Only downfall a group of scottish people didnt do them selves any favours shouting n screamin. Not the fault of the place of stay I must add....

Arrived at Metro inns hotel to be told you have to put a deposit down and this wasn't stated anywhere upon booking. Staff we're okay. Really tiny rooms. Would only stay again if I was on a budget. Beds were so hard and covers so thin I might of as well slept in a cardboard box! Only one plug so...

I stay here for 4 nights , pay full on the Monday , but didn't realise what the state of the accommodation was actually going to be like , the room was £22.50 a night so wasn't expecting anything special , but the carpets wasn't even clean or vacced , I had to go to tesco and buy flip flops...

I went to bed at 11am ,a bit disappointed that the wi if was none existent , in the early hrs I was itching like mad and could not get back to sleep ,thinking that I was allergic to the detergent used to clean the bedding or something , it got that bad that I couldn't stand it anymore and...

I booked this for a one night stay over before we flew out on holiday. While my companions did not sleep well and my daughter found the bunk bed uncomfortable this place was clean with towels supplied. There was no breakfast however with a carvery down the road this was no an issue. Communal toilets and shower were clean. Good...

Ok restaurant next door otherwise poor accommodation and facilities never again Shared toilets and showers like portable loos ended our 12 day break poorly thank god for Newcastle City. Price was cheap but not cheap enough for the quality

Can't really knock it because you get what you pay for. It is a shame that some of the guests especially those with free movement across the EU don't have the same level of hygiene. The one good thing about it is the close proximity to the Metro station and the pub. Despite the most basic services, as someone used...
