From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by Amy who was welcoming and made us feel not just like guests by our interactions with her. The suite was above any expectations we had of the room. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were really comfortable too. The bathroom was super spacious and did not feel condensed into the room. I would happily stay in the property again as it has, - Great Location - Excellent staff - Spacious and very comfortable rooms

The hotel is centrally located, great location. Handy for transport, shopping and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable and despite being on the Main Street on an incredibly busy weekend it as nice and quiet. Had dinner at Leila lilys on my second night. I chose wrong for my main but everything else was very tasty and the service was great.

This hotel is a perfect spot if you’re going to the theatre, the room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice welcome from the reception. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of both continental and cooked food. The only down side to our visit was the bar, on returning from the theatre we were informed last orders had been called and we had four minutes if we wanted a drink, I said we were residents and a very rude man replied it made no difference we are closing. Also several other guests were refused service and had to go elsewhere. When we booked this hotel there is no mention about the bar closing early and I have never experienced this in the many hotels I have stayed in. Sorry Grey Street sort it out.

Apsolutely lovely hotel, staff were all very friendly and a great central location. Room was perfect and bed was really comfy. Cocktails were lovely too. The outside area was clean and tidy and plenty of shade if you don't want to sit in the sun.

I stayed here for one night as I was at a gig in the city. The hotel looks cute from the outside and the reception area is lovely. The staff were friendly on arrival too. My room was nice in terms of amenities (plenty) and layout. The bed was super comfy and I had loads of pillows and plenty of towels which was great. However I expected more of a boutique feel and a higher standard of cleanliness given the info on the website and the price of the room for a Sunday night. Even though the bedding was fine, the room itself was not clean - there was quite a bit of dust all over the place, hairs in the bathroom, lots of dirt round the bedside tables and various stains on the carpet. It looked tired with scuffed paintwork, marks on the mirror and bathroom ceiling. The towel rail in the bathroom was also leaking (which I reported on check out). Unfortunately it was not what I expected for £88/night. I’ve stayed in chain hotels for less and had the same or better standards. I should have taken more notice of the other reviews - I did not have a good night’s sleep because all I could hear was thumping bass/music from the bars over the road till the early hours. I feel like I should have realised this before given the location. With that in mind I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s probably ok if you’re planning on being out till 3am as you wouldn’t notice though!

Hi Mpgal, Thank you for review. I am pleased you found our staff to be friendly and you liked all of our amenities in the rooms. We do have a 24-hour desk if any issues occur during our guests stay and we can get this resolved very efficiently. I do apologise you experienced some issues and we do request for our lighter sleepers to inform us on check in or prior to check in and we can do our very best to allocate our guests in the quieter area of the hotel. I will hand over all comments in regards to room cleanliness to our head house keeper and have this looked into straight away. We would love our guests not to leave feeling disappointed so please do contact me on assistantmanager@greytreethotel.com if you would like to return and I will do my very best for you. Kindest regards, Nicole Indie Assistant Business Manager

The hotel is a quaint grey sexy boutique hotel with a fabulous cocktail bar and restaurant. The rooms are nice sized for Europe (deluxe king), The room was clean and the bedding was really comfy. There are restaurants of every food culture walking distance (like 2-3 minutes). The Eldron sq mall is 5 minutes walking and the staff is just lovely and the most helpful you will ever encounter.

The hotel was in a central location , clean and had great decor , lovely bar area , excellent cocktail menu . Breakfast was very good , great choice both cooked and continental. Staff were friendly and helpful , no hesitation in changing our room due to a noisy ventilation flue outside our window . Highly recommend
