Stayed overnight here whilst attending classic rock show at The Sage. Hotel is in a perfect location for Quayside bars, we were celebrating one of our groups retirement and the hotel left a handwritten card in the room which was a lovely touch! Beds comfortable rooms clean as always high standard from premier inn, paid for breakfast the next morning,...

This is a great location for the arena, staff are really helpful and nice. Could do with an update but was work going on while we were there - no noise just betting on the outside of the building. Didn't put me off though. Just a tip if you are staying here defo book the car park otherwise could prove...

Hotel is brilliantly located, far away enough from the town for the noisey nightlife but close to smart bars and restaurants. River and the market were a real treat. The staff were spot on friendly, efficient with good advice on other bars, restaurants and how to best get to them. Hotel was busy but quiet at night when getting to...

This is typical of a holiday inn.Warm. Quiet. Clean. Great location. Brilliant value. Great food. Staff seem inexperienced? Had to wait for service at check in and breakfast. Staff were there but did not acknowledge. Long wait for food at dinner. Not bad service but not what is typical of premier inn. Really comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Was visiting the city with my son for a university open day . I chose this hotel because it was on the centre and from the reviews I had read. It also appeared to be central to dining and shopping...which it was. Spoilt for choice in dining and drinking establishments within 5 mins walk. Only draw back is there is...

My partner and I stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Newcastle for 1 night for a music concert at the Sage (just over the river in Gateshead). We have stayed at this and other Premier Inns previously and have always been very pleased with the quality of the hotels, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the 'all you...

The downside of continuous improvement is that Premier Inn's new hotels are being built to such a high standard that the older ones are beginning to look decidedly second rate. I generally chose PI when travelling on business. Main feature of this PI was that it was just so cold - both in the room (314) and n the corridors,...
