Great value hotel in an excellent location for Newcastle City Centre and the Metrocentre. Unlike many Premier Inns the rooms have not been updated but they are still clean and comfortable. This is our second stay at this hotel and we were very satisfied with the price and service so will be visiting again in the future

Due to the location of this hotel and the fact that there are two Premier Inns close to each other and this one has no signage, it's really hard to find (and igh impossible in the dark if you aren't familier withthe area)! Room okay but TV didn't work. We paid up from for breakfast but then they had run...

This hotel looks a poor second to its cousin across the way, but our room was spotless, very quite, the bed comfortable and the staff really friendly and helpful. we were visiting our daughter living in the centre of Newcastle and this was the best value hotel we could find. about 10-15 min drive away

Small and left behind by newer PI's in the locality, this quiet little gem with a small number of rooms may be a bit faded round the edges but the incredibly helpful guy who booked me in puts this PI in my top 10. The Flaming Grill next door is not the best place for food but it was ok....

Comfy and clean room. All amenities working. Couldn't of asked for more. Room a little dated in comparison to other premier inn's but this is not an issue at all. John on reception was more than helpful. He must of lived under the desk as he was the only receptionist we saw for three days. Can't commend him enough. Who...
