When I first arrived I was warmly greeted by Tony. There was cake on offer to all guests and you were to told to help yourself (lovely touch!). The room was large and comfortable and really nicely decorated. There is a variety of places to eat nearby so location was great. Breakfast was amazing, poached egg cooked to perfection and...

I booked a room at this guest house as I needed to attend the college of policing in Ryton for a Police assessment day. I paid £45 for my room and was very happy. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean & tidy. I was able to take advantage of the free wifi so that I could study....

I booked one night here for my staff xmas party as I work in Kenilworth, yet live about an hour away. I was in room 3, a lovely single room on the top floor. The room was immaculate, and the decor was lovely. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I was offered cake on my arrival and regretted not...

Have stayed here several times and always found it excellent. The owners' website describes it as a "Victorian Style" guest house, which might make you think that it's old-fashioned. What it in fact means is a friendly welcome, spotlessly clean accommodation, free WiFi and a delicious breakfast. Located on a quiet side-road but easy to find, and with on-street parking...

Enjoyed a great stay at this wonderful guest house. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and the hosts couldn't do enough for us. Located just off the main street so a nice short walk to the bars and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend this place and we'll definitely return.

When you first arrive you look at the outside and think " I wonder what this is going to be like" but then the door opens and its warm and inviting interior tells you that its going to be special. Fresh cake on the side in the dinning room, helpful hosts, but most importantly, very, very clean, wonderful comfortable beds,...

Everything and more you hope a guest house will be. Clean, great hosts, great English breakfast, along with fresh fruit salad etc and wonderful cake when we arrived. I just wish all B & B's were to this standard.

I stayed in Kenilworth for nearly three months working with Jaguar Land Rover. The Arden was my first choice every single time. The guesthouses of Kenilworth are either lovely like this one, or pretty grim. The staff were lovely, very hospitable and flexible - always welcomed me by name and thought about what I would need before I'd even thought...
