This was probably the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed here. I remember from previous stays here that there is a difference in the rooms. I guess I was lucky enough to have been allocated what appeared a "newer" room. Overall I would have to be honest and say that the hotel is in need of a refurb, it's...

perfectly placed for visiting Stratford and Warwick but just very mediocre when we had been expecting something special. Watch out for the showers which went from scalding to freezing in a nanosecond! Staff were all very friendly and our room was always very clean but the standard of the food was a real disappointment. And certainly not cheap. Spa just...

Great hotel, easy to get to from, as it turns out, four points of the compass (well, three actually). Three hours from Durham, Devon and Essex. Met a group of friends for a weekend. The rooms were great if, like many modern hotels, way, way too hot to start with. Nothing that turning down the radiator and opening the window...

Came as a small group we were in a family room 141 it was clean and spacious. My sister was in 102 a lot smaller and not as nice as our family room they didn't have a fridge or water in the room. The staff at this hotel are unbelievably friendly if only everywhere applied this customer service. The lady...

Stayed here for a few days in March to attend a course near Coventry, the welcome was good, and the rooms are fine, nothing fancy; the gym is well equipped but a little craped if you go at peak times - it would be good if they opened it a little earlier maybe 06.30 instead of 07.00, food was overpriced...

I stayed at the Chesford Grange when attending a two day conference and I couldn't really fault it. Easy to find off the A46 and ideally situated for Leamington Spa, Warwick and Kenilworth. Stratford upon Avon isn't too far either. Check-in was straightforward and friendly, the room was nicely appointed with a good size bathroom. Heating worked (not always a...

Easy to find, a beautiful setting, just a shame I couldn't get out and about the lovely countryside as I was on a business trip! Staff lovely, room was exceptional, very clean and tidy. The only downside for me wa using milk from the fridge that had been opened previously.
