A nice quiet residential B&B, no frills but you get all the basics plus a warm welcome into someones well-established home. Cooked breakfast is undoubtedly a high spot and would shame some boutique B&Bs.Extremely good value for money as Kenilworth can be a bit pricey at times.

A nice house on a quiet residential street. A very warm welcome from the owner, Theresa. She offered me tea and showed me to my room. I had my tea in her living room, watching the news!! It was like being at my Mum's house! She made a great fuss of my dog, who was allowed to stay in the...

Just spent 2 nights in both rooms of this homely property. Theresa is a perfect hostess who was making tea for us almost as we arrived. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have everything you could wish for including a very comfortable easy chair. Breakfast was more than ample and was cooked to perfection by the most charming hostess....

I have stayed here several times with my dog. The accommodation is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for Theresa. The breakfast is excellent too! It's in a very quiet location and there is a lovely garden which the guests can use.

Stayed two nights and booked both rooms - one for myself and my husband and one for my mother. Both rooms were quiet, light, spacious and spotlessly clean. Theresa, the owner, is very welcoming, and an absolute delight. The breakfasts were delicious, and we cannot recommend the place highly enough. I think it is the best B&B we have stayed...

My friend and I were exhibiting at Crufts and wanted somewhere local to stay overnight that accepts dogs in the rooms. This B&B fitted the bill completely, being 20 minutes from the NEC, in a quiet street. The accommodation was pleasant, comfortable and spacious, and Mrs Thomas, the owner, was most helpful and friendly. Her garden was ideal for the...

We chose this B&B as it was close to a dog show we were going to. It was perfect. Theresa was absolutely THE BEST. An extremely friendly and kind hostess who helped us to find exactly where we needed to go and cooked the most amazing breakfasts. We will definitely stay there again. The beds were so comfortable, the room...

An excellent stay, this is a true house B&B yet the owner runs it more professionally than any hotel. I stayed two nights. The room was the cleanest one I found in 12 days of vacation. Also very quiet. The owner is pleasant, has a great garden, provided an excellent breakfast. The location is a short walk to downtown Kenilworth...
