Corn Mill Cottage is a 5 star property with an amazing host. Great location and do peaceful and quiet
We stayed in the ground floor apartment which is huge, spacious, airy and very well furnished and had the bonus of the garden with patio furniture. There is a small kitchen fully equipped with hob, microwave and a washing machine. The breakfast was superb, all fresh and tasty produce so much better than most hotels we have stayed in, with the added bonus of being served to you in the apartment. Fresh milk, biscuits and sweets left for us each day.
The owner Jackie has thought of everything and deserves all the praise she has received from previous reviews.
Can't wait to return.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay here and everything was superb. The apartment is huge and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail, it is also comfortable and cosy. There is even a fully equipped kitchen area should you wish to eat in.
Jayne was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, she cooked the most amazing breakfast which included both continental and full English breakfast. There was also a welcome tray of goodies for when we arrived.
We would highly recommend staying here, it is very well situated for all the local villages and restaurants and was very Covid friendly. We ate at the Fuzzy Duck one evening which is a short walk away and that was also superb.
Thank you Jayne for a great stay - we will be returning.

We visited this B & B during a visit to Stratford upon Avon. Sooo glad we found it. We were warmly welcomed by Jayne who was an amazing host. We had the ground floor apartment which was spacious,, spotless, beautifully decorated & furnished, airy but also cosy. The hosts had even put up a Christmas tree making our festive break even more special - a lovely touch. We ordered breakfast. It included cereals, fruit & yogurt, croissants, toast & preserves followed by a full English breakfast which was brought to us in our room. Would loved to have stayed longer, but will certainly be our first choice when we book again on our next visit to the Cotswolds.

So lucky to have snapped this ‘apartment’ up for bank holiday Sunday due to a cancellation. What a beautiful place. Looks very new or recently decorated but we booked this room and dealt with Jayne the owner who was very helpful. She met us on arrival with the key and left us to it which was great as sometimes in b&bs owners can chat forever. The room has it own entrance and up some stairs you go. The lounge is lovely with cosy sofas and a table set up for 2. The bedroom is big and has a stand up shower . The decor is neutral and very nicely done. We also had a kitchenette area with a micro wave, hot stove, kettle . Perfect if self catering and cooking basic food. This room was lovely too.

The place isn’t sound proof though, I’m sure they could probably hear us talking as we did get them.. albeit voices rather than actual conversations as the owners bedroom is very very close to the room. A door and small gap divides the two rooms even though you are in a separate space/accommodation. Whilst it’s something to note should be looking for a romantic night it wouldn’t put me off from returning but my hubby was very conscious I was loud when speaking and kept telling me to shush 😄. Jayne will ask you what time you want brekkie and we were greeted via the dividing bedroom door at our requested time with lovely fruits bowls, cereal , croissants and bread (gluten free for my hubby which I requested in advance). Jayne then took our hot breakfast order which you can choose from the usual eggs, bacon , sausages etc. Very delicious indeed. A lovely stunning place to get away to, far better than a hotel and cheaper at £110 a night. We did get very hot in the bedroom but it was a muggy night.. plenty of windows in the property you can open.

All in all, they’ve done a beautiful job in creating a homely, chic space.

Hi there , Thank you for taking the time to do this very detailed review. Delighted to here you enjoyed your surroundings and the breakfast was to your liking. Would have loved to put your husbands mind at rest and assured him that we did not use the adjoining room😂😂 It was a shame he walked into it by mistake......I think the scene was set 🤔 It's a spare room where my son would stay or the family when they visit, and then no guests would be booked in. The whole apartment has had a sound proofing floor laid but realistically like any none commercial property you will here slight muffled sounds. It was a very warm night and there was plenty of people in the gardens ?? I take from your lovely review it didn't spoil your stay. I need to point this out to future guests I do considered and have tried to provide a certain ammount of privacy for both apartments. Kindest regards Jayne

Absolutely brilliant place to stay

As soon as I walked into the room I felt relaxed

So clean, light and bright and this was on a full grey Saturday afternoon! It still looked beautiful

We stayed in the bottom apartment, they literally have thought of everything. I could have moved in!

Couldn’t get the Bluetooth working on the iPhone docking station and that was too old to be compatible with my iPhone but you can access music through the tv.

It’s literally a two minute stroll from the lovely Fuzzy Duck and the thoughtful owners have provided you with torches for the journey if you’re walking up the lane at night.

We tried to book in again as we were leaving but it was already booked the weekend we were free

I’ll definitely come back here, I’d feel safe staying here by myself too, in fact I might just book myself a couple of night to get away from it all.

Such a neat, tidy, beautiful place I can’t wait to return

I feel almost reluctant to review this lovely B & B (or self catering apartment) in case there isn't a room available when we next want to visit! Everything has been thought of, every consideration made. The decor is superb and restful, the bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Armscote is in a lovely area but is also ideally situated for Stratford upon Avon, the Cotswolds and Oxford - and Corn Mill Cottage is just a few yards from the gastro pub The Fuzzy Duck. Thank you Jayne for a lovely stay, we can't wait to return!

This an& B was the most amazing place we visited during our month in the UK. Jayne and Steve were fanstastic hosts and have created the most wonderful place. There are too many exquisite touches to mention, but the breakfasts must be noted......totally yummy and beautifully served. The great little bar and restaurant, the Fuzzy Duck, within walking distance was also a highlight. We enjoyed our first stay so much, we managed to fit in several more days before our return home. We would definitely like the opportunity to have yet another visit.

Just spent 3 nights in this fabulous cottage. Would definitely recommend. It is beautifully furnished and very relaxing. We did not have the breakfasts but apparently they are amazing.

Could have stayed longer so relaxing.
