We were treated to a weekend here thanks to my parents as a Christmas present. Before this weekend had arrived, we had heard some negative reviews from other people that had visited. When we arrived we had open minds... and I'm so glad we did. The building and its surroundings are so beautiful, when we arrived we were welcomed and...

I had been looking forward to visiting this hotel for quite sometime and my views overall are very positive. It took a while to actually get my reservation sorted at reception- I had booked two nights- one night through Secret Escapes- a luxury room with wine, dinner and breakfast and a more basic package with Booking.com. Although they had my...

Stayed here for a wedding in December, which was beautiful, food and service was good and the grounds of this hotel are amazing. Our room was very spacious but smelt of damp. Pool looked nice, a lot of our party used it although we didn't. Enjoyed my stay here

Stunning grounds with a superb manicured garden. Very impressive building with original features. Definitely worth checking out the redundant church on the grounds, makes for an interesting twist to the location. Disappointed that our room, along with most of the rooms, was not in the main building. Stayed in room 56 which is a very small room overlooking the car...

So where do I start. On arrival the receptionist was stand offish and rude. We did arrive before 3 o clock straight away she said we would have to wait until 3. I did go back to her at 2-40 to ask if any chance our room was ready. She didn't bother to ask if it was ready just said...

I have just returned from a fantastic long weekend away at Billesley Manor and cannot thank the staff enough for all their hard work in making our weekend perfect! There were 100 of us in our group including children, who were made to feel welcome all weekend. Our room was lovely, as was my facial in the spa! The chef...

Found it very dated , especially The spa which was very small. Food was terrible, think it's trying to be too 'posh' and just didn't work for me. Tasteless. Breakfast service very slow waited around for ages for the staff to fill up the food to be then told 'sorry no more sausages. Stayed in deluxe room which was nice...

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The rooms are tired unfortunately and gagging to be updated but that didn't really affect our stay. The staff were really accommodating at every stage which really makes the hotel. The setting and building is lovely as are the bars. We were there for a function and the food and breakfasts were also excellent.

We have just returned from a night here, on arrival we were able to check in earlier then 3pm as our room was ready, reception staff very helpful. Our room was number 68 and was perfectly fine, note from the maid was a nice touch. We received a bottle of prosecco in our room and were told by staff we...
