We had an amazing few days here, couldn't fault anything. The staff were great, from the experience on check in to the bar and restaurant. A few more Vegetarian/Vegan options on the menu would have been appreciated.

Lovely building & grounds, but has the potential to be so much better. Generally the problems were small and irritating, but together added up to a stay that was not the special one we anticipated. Room not made-up when we returned late afternoon, blocked sink, broken telly, ‘deluxe’ room overlooked the kitchen and refuse area, so really noisy at times....

Worth mentioning a visit to All Saints Church , hidden just of the grounds of the hotel . Would definatly recommend & will return ..............

Standard double room with evening meal, staff were very friendly. Room appeared to resemble a Travel lodge, very dated, could do with a deep clean, cobwebs, stained carpet, bathroom wasn't at it's best either. Disturbed night as we had an adjoining door to the next room. ( no privacy whatsoever, we heard EVERYTHING!) Evening meal was fantastic! Breakfast was ok,...

I spent a weekend here with a large group , what a great looking hotel with great grounds and what a wonderful building. Our room wash massive and had great views, I would agree some of the hotel does need refurbishing or a little investment, most visible was staining to my bedroom carpet. The staff where a big mix of...

I found this hotel after searching for a two night break and found a great offer of dinner, bed and breakfast for the two nights we planned to be staying near Stratford upon Avon. The hotel is set in a quiet, country location and is a stunning Manor. The stone work and original wood panelling is mightily impressive and the...

Dear Gazza67_13 Thank you for taking the time to review Billesley Manor and for the five stars. I am so pleased that you loved the old and worldly charm of the manor and that even though the room first allocated had a issue the team dealt with efficiently. We do have steep and windy staircases and panelled rooms with high...

Just returned from our 2 night stay. Arrived to be told we had an upgrade to a premium room, over looking the topiary garden. The bed was massive and the bathroom really luxurious. We swam in the pool and used the steam room and sauna. We did nt eat here as found £12.50 rather expensive for breakfast, especially as i...
