One of the nicest and most comfortable hotel rooms I’ve stayed in for a long while. Comfortable bed and seating area, Nespresso coffee available near front desk. Meals in pub/restaurant next door where service was great and breakfasts excellent - though personally I would have preferred normal bread toast to sourdough. But if that’s my only moan, you can tell how good it all was!

This small boutique hotel is exceptional. We stayed at Room 5 and 6 for a one night stay. Each room is uniquely tastefully designed and very spacious. We also had great experience at the restaurant next door. Service is great and food are delicious! Too bad we stayed there only for one night. Will definitely return next time we visit Birmingham!

What a welcoming piece of paradise. Stayed here as a large group to celebrate my brothers wedding. Exceptional service at both the hotel and restaurant. Staff always polite and attentive. Very close to most places and especially if you want to visit the botanical gardens. Would highly recommend.

Its such a wonderful place, high vaulted ceilings, grand colour schemes and nice comfy beds. Well stocked with lovely hot and cold drinks and the most amazing powerful shower to wake you up in the morning. Good parking and easy to access most of Birmingham with style! Great breakfast served next door.

Stayed here the night of a local concert. The room was huge (6), lovely roll top double bath in the window, comfy bed, powerful shower, really well decorated and appointed room. Easy parking, easy check-in/out. ALMOST faultless….. almost. Turns out at night, room 6 has a bright lamppost letting light in through an annoying crack in the curtain join that we just couldn’t get rid of. If not for that, 100% perfect….. with it, 98% perfect. Staff were great, cleanliness was superb. Will absolutely stay again!
