Had a good stay overnight with my two daughters and a friend. The staff were all extremely helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble, all very friendly and welcoming. It was a little noisy outside at night as our room faced the road but that's to be expected in a city. A bit of a trek in to town (about...

Have stoped here before when visiting Brum. Better this time as they asked if we wanted a quiet room (top floor) Standard rooms with comfy beds. Only negative I would suggest is no phone in the rooms. Handy for Brinkley Place side of town but out of the centre.

Poorly maintained. Clearly not checking bookings with what should be in rooms upon arrival - 1 bed short and 2 towels short.. Room carpet dirty. Tap to shower broken. No toilet paper to any WC in main area. Staff were very helpful considering

A random person entered our room as the staff had given them the key to our room.my wife had only just got dressed after having a shower so that was a close shave, but it could have been a security breach of all of our belongings if we weren't there.

To be clear, the service we received was really good. However, the hotel was tired, grubby and it wasn't a pleasant experience for me or my colleagues. We checked out a day early. I really felt sorry for the staff who were really upbeat and did a great job. Just a shame their venue let them down.

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful - check in was quick and straight forward despite there only being 1 member of staff working both bar and reception. Room was comfortable and very clean as I've come to expect from travelodge. Food in cafe/bar wasn't the best, but is quick serve "microwave" food so can only be expected and it did...

Booked a family room but were given a double - had to sleep with my grown up daughter ! The staff were confused over the booking as the date had to be amended and kept asking for the address of the previous booking.

The staff were very attentive & friendly and quickly called a taxi when I needed one. However the hotel is dated, drab and dreary and the bed was very squeaky. I booked the room for 2 people but only 1 towel was provided - unacceptable!

The hotel is situated in the Jewellery Quarter and is close to the Symphony Hall and Museum and Art Gallery. It is within walking distance of Broad Street if you want lively entertainment in the evening. Just by the hotel is the Queens Arms, a most acceptable hostelry that served until 01.00 on a Saturday evening. The hotel is all...
