Great location in the city centre next to the cathedral. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and about ten minutes from Broad Street. Comfy beds as is the norm for Premier Inns. Bar closed very early on the Saturday night. Only two bath towels and one hand towel in the room which seemed a little stingy for...

We spent two nights at the Premier Inn on Waterloo Street and found it a perfect spot from which to visit all the central Birmingham sights. The Livery Street car park was not too far away to park our car just across from the Cathedral but equally well we could have travelled by train to New Street Station only a...

Stayed overnight whilst attending a recital at Symphony Hall which is a short walk away. Very helpful staff on arrival and efficient check in having previously checked in online. Very comfortable family room for three overlooking the Cathedral. Stayed in a quiet zone which lived up to its name! Would recommend, more substance over style, great location if not exactly...

Brilliant location and spotless comfortable room. There were problems checking in as their system went down but they sent people to their bar with complementary drinks. Our only gripe was that the plumbing rattled away periodically in the night. But other than that it was a great stay.

Great view, overlooking the cathedral. Modern room, lovely restaurant, great breakfast. Minimal noise from outside or other rooms, I was in a designated quiet area. Easy to find, very near New Street station

Check-in was quick and efficient, if a little automatic (still prefer a receptionist to machines). However, our room was very clean and tidy and when we asked at the desk for more tea/coffee later on the receptionist was incredibly friendly. Had a brilliant nights sleep in a very comfy bed and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Especially like the...

Will start with the positives, lovely clean room, well equipped, nice bathroom and smooth check in by Mike. Negatives, hardly got an hours sleep due to the constant noise from the pipework making whining noises, one of the beds was very uncomfortable which led to all of us being kept awake. The restaurant was nice, food was nice (even though...

Fab location, clean rooms as you would expect. Breakfast was a bit disorganised but lovely. Easy check in, really helpful staff. Shower gel isn't great but doesn't detract from value for money. Room was too warm for me but that's usually the case. Comfy bed and nice size.

This hotel is typical premier in room sizes if a little tired. However the location is perfect and the price even better. Premier in does what it says on the tin for that I love it as I have never been disappointed by this chain. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly.
