This is an excellent hotel to stay in if you want to be close to the centre of Birmingham. Free car park and taxi costs £6 into centre. Rooms are clean an, have every amenity including free WiFi. Staff are very pleasant. All you can eat Breakfast has a good selection of both hot and cold choices + fresh fruit....

Stayed for four nights Really good except for a problem with dinner one night but that was resolved to my satisfaction. Half board deals are good value Staff very good but at times service is slow simply because there's not enough of them

Pleasantly surprised. Room had everything we needed and bathroom was spacious and clean. We had a comfortable night sleep in the large comfy bed. The breakfast was ok and would be happy to stay here again.

I booked this hotel because it was an excellent price and because it was near The Oobleck at The Custard Factory where I was seeing Chuck Prophet and The Mission Express. There is free parking and it is just off a main road. Yes, it's necessary to cross a few busy roads to head in to Birmingham Centre but a 10...

I regularly stay at Ibis hotels as I feel they provide the best quality for the price. This hotel I felt was outstanding. The hotel has a good size car park and looks modern and inviting. Due to disability I requested a room near the lifts as I can not walk very far or very well. The room I was...

Found used glass next to the bed. Day two no bath mat. Noise in the hall room, no wonder of it you can close the bathroom door without the noise! I went there because we were looking for cheap business meeting point, but i wouldn't recommend it. Brick pillows and uncomfortable beds. Never again!!!

Got the basics. Not worth the 80 quid I paid for a night. Very little seating in reception. Wine was flat and off. Water heavily chlorinated (smells like swimming pool water and dries you out) staff friendly enough.
