HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 20 March 2017 via mobile

I have read some of the other reviews and wondered if they were of the same hotel! I managed to get an online deal of a King Deluxe including breakfast for £128 and was really pleased with the decor and value for money. The room was on floor 'R' on the lower level. No street noise and no noise from...

I stayed here for four nights due to being away on a work course. It is right in the centre of town, about 50 metres from Grand Central train station, 4-5 minute walk from The Bullring. I stayed on the 5th floor and there was a little bit of sound from the street, including at night. I always take ear...

Decent hotel. Was there for 4 nights and sharing room with office colleague. All the important places are close to hotel. The New Street station is a just a minute walk. Bull ring is 3-4 minutes walk.

What a dreadful hotel. Food was awful. Staff were poorly managed, otherwise their incompetence would have been dealt with. Very noisy at night. Conference facilities were poorly run. There were no cosmetics in the bathrooms and no tea /coffee /biscuits in the bedrooms. Truly horrible.

It's been about 4 years since I regularly stayed here and it has changed a lot, for the better. The upgrades have included a welcoming lounge bar whereas before none of the communal areas would have made you want to hang around the hotel for a drink or socialising. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very good quality -...

I always try to stay at an IHG hotel, but I won't stay at this Holiday Inn again. It's all very average & a bit of a building site at the moment. I'm sure it'll be much nicer once the work is completed but for the time being it's an annoyance. They are updating the lifts, so one of two...
