This hotel has everything going for it; reasonable rates, fabulous location, gracious staff and a coffee shop right in the lobby.I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel that is so conveniently located. Plus, the hotel just went through a remodel that makes it warm and inviting. There is a bar and coffee shop (Starbucks) inside the lobby with...

Stayed here for a gig last weekend. We really impressed with both the location of the hotel and the lobby/bar area which was really nice. The room looked like it could do with a bit of a facelift and the pillows were pretty lumpy and thin but the bathroom was really really good! Appreaciated the offer of a free late...

Visited this hotel last week as stay in Birmingham every week so thought I would try this as my normal hotels were full. The new Lobby looks great but sadly the hotel rooms did not match up to this . The room I had was on a floor that was like a building site, signs up about lifts not working....

Perfect for a weekend trip to Birmingham with a friend. We were incredibly close to the train station and the bullring for shopping. We also were close to the hippodrome for a show we had booked. We had a room on the sixth floor which was still loud in a Saturday night, I was glad I had earplugs, my friends...

We stayed here for a few nights over the May bank holiday and enjoyed our stay. This hotel is a few minutes walk from New street station the shopping centre and local bars and restaurants. We spent some of our time over on broad street and after getting cabs there and back (priced around £5 one way, we realised you...

The hotel is literally on the doorstep of Birmingham new street station but my map was taking me somewhere else apparently staff said this is something others have experienced. Room standard but lovely comfortable bed. My room was at the back...

I stayed here for one night due to work- handily it is located two minutes walk from New Street station so a great central location to explore the city after meetings. Plus points were that my room was huge & clean and the bed was big enough to do a few roly-polys in. There was also a pillow menu for...

We had a lovely stay when in Birmingham for my friends hen do. The room was very large and had all modern facilities. The bed was very comfy also. Super clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Ideal location as very central but you can not hear any traffic. I would highly recommend staying here

Me and my wife stayed here whilst in Birmingham to see Ed Sheeran at the Barclaycard Arena. The customer service was great, big spacious room with enormous bed. The hotel was in a perfect location to walk to the city centre and about a 15 minute stroll to the Arena.
