Thank you for writing a review of your experience. We don't make in bulk and make each afternoon tea fresh, but clearly the sandwiches were not up to scratch. I sincerely apologise for that. We pride ourselves on our afternoon tea offering and our festive afternoon tea offering we are doing at the moment has had great feedback. I have...

Hotel is a perfect base for visiting Birmingham city centre (we were visiting the Barclaycard Area, a 10/15 minute walk away). Great staff, great room, clean, warm and a lovely bed. Breakfast is also a very good buffet along with an egg/omelette station. Managed to find a car parking space which isn't easy when the hotels full but they manage...

Alround +ve experience. Front desk staff arranged to fix our room for twin set-up. Very helpful. Pool in the spa area was popular with lots of people booked in for various treatments, but didn't seem too crowded. Lovely big hot tub and steam room too. Room very comfortable; we were on the top floor, so no noise issues either from...

I took my mum on the over night spa break with breakfast and lunch and a treatment. The service from the moment we entered the hotel to when we left was 100%. We arrived early starving and the lady in the breakfast room was so accomodating to us I wish I could remember her name. The rooms are lovely clean...

Great hotel, Friendly reception staff, clean rooms. Great gym and spa with lots of amenities. Great food in the bar. Breakfast the usual standard expected at a Marriott. No executive lounge but was give drinks tokens to compensate. Signs up about work being done but didn't impact me. Enjoyed myself and would definitely go back.

Our first room was a twin bed room but we had to move due to the safe being broken, they swiftly moved us to a family room with two double beds (so us best friends had a double bed each!!!) sooooo comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfasts are well worth paying for, buffet style and eat as much as...

I stayed here for about a week and it was good. My first experience of a Marriots in the UK as tend to stay at them when abroad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were so clean and lovely! Room service was available. Though I wasn't a fan of the dinner, the breakfast was great and once...

I thought the hotel was very well located. Staff were good and attentive. Check in process went smoothly, if a little slow.Overall a good hotel at a reasonable price. Worth considering if you are in town on business.

Very pleasant staff and small, but comfortable room and bed. Bathroom very clean and towels decent. Nice toiletries and flannels - these small things can make all the difference! Would certainly recommend this hotel. Only caveat - £13.00 to park the car overnight - a trifle expensive, but not unknown.
