Stayed here in late September for one night for work. As you would expect from any Hilton, the facilities, rooms, decor and the whole general atmosphere it gives off is one of class and elegance. Rooms, very tastefully done and modern, and cannot find any flaw. Clean, spacious and a very comfortable bed. Gym and pool/sauna facilities are great for...

Have just returned from a lovely relaxing day at this hotel. We used a Groupon voucher which I thought was an excellent deal. We used the leisure facilities. The pool was lovely and a good size,!even though there was quite a few people there there was still plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The only thing I would mention...

Just spent the night at this hotel for a large corporate gala dinner night. The place is very corporate and very efficient , the staff were excellent and well trained and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no mini bar only tea and coffee. The function we attended had over 500 guest for a full sit...

Have stayed once before for a conference and that time was underwhelmed by the hotels' basic offering. Having returned for a last minute one night stay (at the only company approved hotel near the airport) I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff, cleanliness of the room and the early morning free shuttle direct...

The Hotel is very large and busy catering for people going to the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Conferences. I attended a Conference and stayed overnight for 1 night. Usually we are given a twin or double room but the hotel was busy and myself and colleagues were given a Single Deluxe Room. It was rather like entering a standard cabin...

First time staying in a Hilton so I had high expectations. My room was a single deluxe and (apart from the bathroom and the blurry tv reception) was fine. The lack of a door in the bathroom was slightly offputting at first, the shower leaked after a 5 minute shower and there were shards of plastic around the cups above...

Just come back from there.... Staff are amazing, reception staff were lovely, especially a lady called Gemma who was super lovely last night. Everyone was polite and helpful and made me feel welcome from the start. The room however.... In the bathroom we had random blue marks in the bath that looked like the paint was lifting off the bath....

Had a lovely and very pleasant stay at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham, overall the staff was helpful and polite. I loved the pool and the lovely view from the pavillon. The shuttle bus from the train station took longer than I thought and I would suggest you book it in advance to ensure you'll get a space.

Aimed at a corporate clientele with conferences or NEC exhibitions in mind. It's close to Birmingham Airport which is also a plus, but be prepared for a car park which is rammed full most of the time.
