Filthy rooms. When my family and I arrived we were initially given a shoddy filthy room at the back of the building on the top floor. It was dirty , the TV was hanging off the wall, so was the toilet cistern. We went straight to reception and given another room on the first floor, a lot better, but still...

I stayed here last year saw the room and wanted to leave straight away there was stains on the sheets, chewing gum on the wardrobe and much more was denied a refund. And went to stay at the premier Inn down the street. Save you're time and book there.

Shame on the council for letting this place operate. Booked this due to very expensive prices elsewhere as springfair was at the NEC. Booked for 3 nights left after 1 and went to another hotel. In one word disgusting not a hotel a hostel at best dirty, noisy an absolute disgrace - in 20 years of contracting one of the...

Dirty walls graffiti on bedroom walls. Bath and basin no plugs. Bath had more chips. In its enamel then enamel. Bathroom needs a good lick of paint Paint and de-moulding. Windows need refitting . Radiator\ water pipes rattles non stop. Staff could do with customer service training. Loads of tea and coffee in room but all the cups were dirty....

My parents stayed in this hotel because it is close to where I live. I regretted so much for booking this hotel for them. It was a very unpleasant stay and the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Truly nothing positive towards this hotel. If you could, please avoid!

Thankfully bed and towels were clean. Big bathroom. Good quantity of tea and coffee, shame about quality. Firstly, my door had been kicked in and boarded back up at some point. Once in room, big room, meaning more wall space for dirty hand marks, great hand marks, damp patches, paint and plaster flaked by window frames. Pretty dire room!!! Dirty...

I decided to not listen to the reviews as people are picky about what they think is not acceptable. But to my surprise I was shocked how decent and clean my single room was compared to the pictures an reviews. Maybe the family rooms are not as looked after or double rooms but my single room was clean, fresh and...

Simply a dump .... home to about 20 refugee families who let their kids run up and down the corridors all night..... the rooms are dreadful and stink to high heaven...they take your payment before you see your room and now I know why ...shared my bed with a beetle all night ..... one positive bit of feedback is that...

Nothing positive . The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Beds disgraceful, furniture falling apart. Bathroom truly awful. I didn't feel safe at all and left at six next morning. I wished i had gone home direct from event but because I had had three drinks i did not want to drive. How the hotel keeps open amazes me....
