Now you always get what you pay for. I paid 50 quid for a room for upto 3 people. Which is 17 quid each. For that you got a big spacious room with a comfy bed. Unlike many chain hotels you actually have plus sockets next to the bed. Which for me is a massive pro. You get basic coffee...

Worst hotel ever. They are going through a refurbishment however this is no excuse for them to have smelly dirty rooms with chairs which are ripped and stains on bed sheets. Serious vermin issue as when I pulled into the car park by the main entrance I was greeted by four rats.

Suprised to find such a gem of a hotel in central brim, great value for money and had everything I needed for a shirt stay. It was also only a short stroll away from restaurants and pubs. Would stay here again

Having read some of the other reviews I was a bit sceptical however I still decided to book here and I am glad I did. upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly setting the tone for a very enjoyable stay. The room itself seemed recently refurbished which was excellent as it was clean, with the bathroom in pristine...

Surly staff, step out of a very dated and scary elevator into a hotel from hell, dirty smelly carpets, tiny room with no room either side of the bed to get out, no heating, everything dirty, walls and radiator peeling, stains everywhere, we actually left and went home, no refund and bad attitude, it is horrible

My colleagues and I (almost) stayed here the night before an important exam in Edgbaston. It was very cheap and seemed to be a good deal. When we arrived, the receptionist was eating a takeaway curry and seemed extremely disinterested in our arrival. The place itself was...appalling. The place smelt of equal parts must and marijuana, and the type of...

Some friends booked this hotel online . It was a good offer so we said what the hell. We knew it wasn't going to be a 5 star with that price . But at least something decent at least to sleep after a long night out. The corridor smelled really bad. Walls dropping . Filthiness all over the place ....

Didn't get a refurbed room but for the price it was a decent size, water was hot and bed comfy. With free parking too good value for money. Only stayed one night on business and didn't need breakfast so suited my purpose. Don't think I would stay here with family for a holiday but it suited my needs for business....

My boyfriend and I booked a room to stay for one night as we were visiting birmingham. We booked through booking.com where we were told we could use the free cancellation option up until the day of our stay. Things cropped up, which led us to take advantage of this option, and cancelled our stay on the 21st October. My...
