I was pleased on the appearance of reception area but that soon changed to absolute disgust. The room was filthy and was in a general state of poor repair. Wallpaper coming off the walls, corroded radiator, a tissue blocking a hole in the ceiling. Some of the biggest cobwebs I've ever seen and filthy curtains that haven't been changed for...

This is a terrible hotel, the entrance lights were not working, the staff were rude and uninterested. We were originally put in a room that did not lock and was told to "push [the door] a bit harder" by the receptionist who did not really care. Even situated on the 4th floor we could not sleep due to the excessive...

me and 3 other girls went their for nye, the rooms were very basic but as a place to get ready and to sleep, it was cheap and reasonable. I would stop there again for a night, I wouldnt stay there for a weekend away or anything like that.

Oh my! Booked last minute and it's one of the worst places we have stayed! Walked in the room which stunk of Mildew. Decor well the was no decor, the walls needed repairing and painting. The front of the hotel n reception area fool you into it being a nice hotel Would advise anyone not to stay!

We went to visit our daughter at university and stayed in this dump. When I saw the dirty windows and marble being held together on the pillars with masking tape I should have heard the warning bells. I paid the £70 room only rate and we got in the lift with the incredibly dirty carpet. We got to our room...

Through out the whole hotel it was scruffy and dirty with stains all over the floors and walls. When we got to the room which they claimed had been newly renovated it got worse. The room had so many problems: covered in paint stains, hole in the wall, dirty bathtub, wall panels not properly on and on a whole the...
