Staff members were very friendly and helpful. I asked to change rooms to a quieter side of the building and both members of staff were so helpful and accommodating. WiFi worked very well. Room and hotel lovely and clean. Definitely recommend

Often when I stay here, it's arranged on my behalf. No ID requested on check-in; just asked to confirm the first line of address.

No security, but the groups hanging around are guests waiting for other guests. There is no seating in the small lobby so half a dozen people waiting fill it!
