We only stayed for one night at this Premier Inn, but we were well pleased with the room, facilities, and most important the bed. We had a really good night's sleep. The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful and guided us in the right direction to all the places we needed to get to. I would certainly recommend...

The hotel is conveniently situated for central Birmingham and Brindley Place restaurants. The room was smaller than usual for Premier Inn, as stated, but also poorly lit. The 6' bed was too large for the room size making it cramped. Staff and service very pleasant. Glad we traveled by train, parking looked difficult in the area.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in early November 2015. It's located close to Symphony Hall, Central library, B'ham Rep. theatre, Brindley Place etc. It's about a 10 minute walk from New Street railway station. There is limited car parking at the hotel. The room was fairly small but adequate. We stayed on the third floor and it...

We enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel, and can recommend it as a base for anyone visiting Symphony Hall. Within a 5 minutes walk, the Hotel is ideally situated, and yet, despite its central location, provides a relaxing and surprisingly quiet environment. We took advantage of the restaurant and bar facility, to enjoy a pre-concert meal and after-show...

Room was poorly positioned, dull and too dark and had no comfy chair. The bed head was directly under the window meaning that outside light leaked onto the pillow! Bed comfortable. "Restaurant" service was slow; staff trying but understaffed. It took 80 mins to be served with a soup and salad!

I stayed here for one night with my friend. We were going to a concert at the O2 Academy which was nearby. Check in was quick and friendly, the room was very small, but perfect for only needing it to sleep in and it was very clean. The price was amazing!! I will definitely be staying here again.

I cannot fault the service at this hotel, which seems to me to be a huge selling point for the chain. I arrived on a 2 day stay only to find that I had stupidly booked into another city centre inn for the first night of my 2 night stay. Abby on the front desk really went the extra mile...

I have stayed in around 20 different Premier Inns over the last two decades, and this is easily the weakest example. Despite an excellent (yet surprisingly peaceful) location and charming staff, this is not a hotel befitting the Premier Inn chain. Our twin room had two single beds pushed together in a pretty unsuitable manner, and the room was also...

This hotel is great for any occasion in Birmingham. Being in the heart of the city it is an easy walk to Theatres, restaurants, pubs & shops. The staff are very friendly & will help with anything you ask. The rooms are clean & the king-size beds are very comfortable. The rooms are smaller than usual but you are told...
