After expressing a disinterest (!) in travelodge in the area I was really disappointed by the reheated ( to concrete texture) meal received in the restaurant and the stained sheets my colleague had to endure. We were on a business rate which admittedly had difficulty in payment the organisation end however we paid full whack on arrival and I don't...

Stayed for one night with family including grandson. Hotel well located with good parking facilities. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious with tea/coffee making facilities. It was also nice to have an AC unit in the room as it was quite warm. Bar and dining facilities very good and reasonably priced. Staff were always willing to assist if needed. Would highly...

room was clean and tidy, quite big and had a reasonable view. The lift worked, the air conditioner worked all good. Could have done with a couple more towels. people in room above were thumping around till 2am. Complained morning after as ruined sleep but not offered refund. It was more like"oh sorry". restaurant is a bit small but okay

The building tired and entrance etc. tatty, if you just wanted to sleep for the night it was okay - but price expensive for this type of overnight in my view. Not impressed with various workers in dirty clothes sitting around restaurant and bar.

Everything about this hotel typical Premier Inn standard of great value, clean, and comfy beds. Exceptions were: staff were even friendly than normal. Very pleasant and helpful. Location a little out town, but city centre accessible by a walk along canal path - not recommended at night. Taxi to main city centre such as Broad St cost approx £8-£9. Car...

Secure parking @£4 a day, warm, clean and friendly. Good value, staff are friendly and professional. Not sure about Premier Inns new menu... not as much choice, pizza topping amount has reduced but still same price. That said the food was good quality and the service was good.

As the title suggests, this premier inn pretty much does everything well for the type of hotel it is. The staff are friendly, hotel is clean, onsite parking is good and the onsite restaurant is handy and food is good ( despite quite a few menu choices being unavailable). Perfectly located if your visit is to Aston University which is...

We stayed here for 1 night. On arrival the gentlemen behind the check in desk was very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. We only had one large towel in our room but the staff were quick to supply more. We asked for some extra tea and coffee and again they were only to happy...

It was all a bit to much, kind of like pushing water up hill. Booked a table for dinner when I first checked in, arrived 5 minutes early so had a drink at the bar. Eventually I got served, there were no other people waiting it's just there was no Bar Staff. Showed to my table and about 15 minutes...
