As always Premier Inn was a cost effective way of visiting relatives. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Can recommend especially when booked well in advance to take advantage of the competitive prices.

This was our first stay at a Premier Inn and we can't fault it. We have always used another hotel chain, but are converted. Staff were very friendly and efficient, food was fantastic, the room clean and welcoming. Will definitely be paying a visit again and recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely brilliant staff and first class service! Room was lovely and clean, windows open at this premier inn but noise is minimal because it's on an industrial estate and the room does still have air con if you don't want to open any. We stayed overnight because we had been to visit Cadbury world nearby. I would recommended the hotel....

Personally I wouldn't recommend or stay in this hotel again. While the staff were friendly the hotel itself was terrible. Bathrooms smelling strongly of smoke. Stained carpets and "holes" under the bathroom lino! The whole hotel appeared to be grubby. We ate in the restaurant. One meal was forgotten. The children's meals were unavailable due to lack of supplies, as...

Booked 3 nights at this Premier Inn, location was quite easy to reach from the M6. Room was very quiet with good comfortable bed and air-con. Rate varied from £67 to £96 per night B&B which seems excessive. Don't bother eating in the restaurant as the Wing Wah Chinese buffet is only 5 minutes away, the food is awesome and...
