I stayed at the Hampton last night, whilst in Birmingham on business. I have to say my stay was first class from start to finish. From the very helpful reception staff, to the quality of my 17th floor room, all was very good. Great effort guys, I will be back for sure.

This is the second time at this hotel. Only one night this visit. Staff helpful. Rooms excellent. Breakfast good. The only problem is the car park, which is small.. however, this is in the middle of a city, so to be expected. The hotel is well placed for many things. Our visit was to attend a concert at the Barclaycard...

This is a modern, very clean hotel with a car park nearby that charges £3.50 per day for parking. An overnight stay means buying two day tickets. When I visited the payment machine was accepting coins only. The room was a functional, business type room, quiet and very well decorated. The bathroom was well laid out with a Villeroy &...

Needed to be close to the city for daughters exam next morning. Ideal location, easy walking distance to Brindley Place which has excellent bars/restaurants or into the city for museums and shops. A big plus is the parking, £12 for 24 hrs and you can come & go during that time, just register your number plate on arrival. A clean...

We stayed here on a Saturday night. We arrived early but we're allowed to leave are bags. Getting to reception was a pain a lift was slow. We arrived back around 5.30. Check in was pleasant and quick. We were on the 15 floor. The room was nice, bright and spacious. We were very happy. The only negative I had...

Went with my boyfriend. Was in a good central location but certainly wasn't romantic. It is on a street with good access to the Bullrig and the main centre of shops but unfortunately is covered in strip clubs, sports bars and takeaways. It was also quite noisy in the room. Even 7 stories up i could hear the music from...

We arrived early in the morning and we told by an arrogant lady that check in was not before 14:00. Her colleague then helped us with our luggage and showed us the way on a map. The room was alright but nothing special, beds were okay but at 6:00 a.m. we were woken up by a super loud noise (sounded...

Stayed here for two nights to watch the BBL cup final at Barclaycard arena. Having previously stayed in another broad street hotel and found the noise on a Saturday night horrendous i asked for a room on a higher floor. We were given one on the 16th. Didn't hear a thing. Staff so welcoming, room spotlessly clean, comfy bed and...
