Julianna made the stay. Plain and simple. Nothing was too much trouble. Checking in was not only made easy but also so friendly and informative. Extra tea and coffee was requested. No problem. A heater was requested. Not a problem. A real people person and a credit to the company. All the staff were friendly and this obviously comes from the top. The example set by Julianna.

We stayed as a family on the 26-27th dec 2021. The facilities were very clean and modern, the staff were very professional and helpful. However after our morning breakfast on 27th consisting of sausages, beans, rashers and eggs, my boy and I feel seriously ill for 3 days. The hospital confirmed that our spell of illness was likely to be due to contaminated food. My suspicions are that the sausages were not cooked correctly but I would be grateful if the hotel could investigate and confirm. If it wasn’t for the food poisoning I would have rated the hotel a 5.

Stayed at the hotel a few months ago and, because of refurbishment, didn't have the best of times! Was invited back on a budget deal, and, what a difference! Clean, comfortable and cosy, no complaints at all!

Best place we’ve stayed when visiting family in Birmingham

We couldn't fault our stay. We did overnight to attend Xmas market and our location was good for getting about. We got checked in early as rooms were available. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the shower was lovely and breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
