Overnight stay for wife’s office Christmas party. Superb breakfast, well looked after by Joyce who couldn’t do enough for us. Really pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us, delivered all our meals on a tray with a beaming smile
Thank Tony

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Birmingham and further afield utilising the adjacent train station. However, our over riding memory is that all of the team (without exception) were extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. The Birmingham New Street team are exceptional and the most friendly, helpful and efficient that we have ever experienced at a Premier Inn (or any other hotel for that matter). The food was of excellent quality and the evening meals in particular were extremely good quality and very well presented. Value for money (particularly with the "Meal Deal" was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the lifts worked effortlessly. Our room on the seventh floor was nice and quiet too. All in all a wonderful experience. - THANK YOU ALL!

Room was pretty depressing, with no real perks (no hankies, no bottles of shampoo or toiletries, very basic) and even on the fifth floor there was the incessant screech and grind of the local trams. Windows were dirty, the bathroom had a sad overhead light which tinged everything green, the decor was a little shabby. Food at the hotel restaurant was fair to good; nothing special, but nicely presented and with a wide variety of choice. It's what you expect, really.

Where Premier Inn did excel was its staff: very friendly receptionists, and restaurant staff who were personable and made sure to check in with diners. Really excellent customer service, which made me look more kindly on the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently placed for the city centre and Birmingham New Street.

First time staying at Premier Inn and first visit to Birmingham and I was not disappointed. The hotel is right in the centre 2 mins from station and i could see the market from my window. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly Ewan in the restaurant at breakfast was especially helpful showing us around as it was our first visit. The hotel is very clean and the beds are so comfy and the rooms are quite spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit will be back next year.

Lived up to our expectations the room was clean and in the centre of Birmingham. The staff were very helpful checking in online was also a plus and saved time at reception. I would recommend this premier inn and will stay there again. The only downside with all city centre stays are car parking is expensive and sometimes difficult to get.
Thank Terrence N

No, twin rooms have a double bed and sofa bed as far as I know. Double rooms just have a double bed.

That I really don't know, but I would think if you have a booking I would see no reason why not, I would advise a call or email to the hotel in question to confirm
