Had a fantastic 1 night stay at the hotel with friends. Very close to the night life which is great fun for us young ones. The room was modern and well kept, with plenty of room and easy to use equipment. I recommend.

Visited for a conference and stayed one night. The hotel is well located and an easy walk from New Street Station. Rooms are basic and moderately comfortable enough but found the heating difficult to regulate and it was initially very cold. A maintenance man came and whacked it up to 28 which did the trick but then needed to turn...

Short distance from station, which is convenient. Rooms are very tired and dusty, advertised as a queen bed, nothing more than two singles pushed together , not very ideal. Only good thing i can say was i had a nice view. The staff aren't so friendly. Wouldn't recommend.

On the Birmingham Queensway, close to the station an excellent city centre site. Standard clean looking Radisson hotel with more friendly staff than many. Standard room with large windows and view over the traffic, but in a city centre, not a surprise. All clean if a little tired but everything, including the free wifi works. Would stay again for a...

The location near the railway station and city centre was excellent. We got a peaceful room, as requested, but at first we were given a double room although we had requested for a twin. Luckily they could give us a twin room instead, when we complained. The reception staff was OK and the overall look of the hotel tidy. The...

Room was as you would expect, clean and tidy, with great views over Birmingham City centre. helpful staff, great location as you are in the centre of Birmingham with everything you could want near by. Restaurant food was also good. Hotel is a little pricey but worth it, would stay again.

We stayed in the hotel for its easy access and amazing views . It was £135 for two of us and we had a business suite. We also requested a high room which we were given . The food was great and the breakfast was included with our stay. Drinks are a little expensive but it is a nice hotel...

Having arrived in Birmingham on the train the hotel is just a five minute stroll from NewSt station. The hotel looks very stylish on the outside but starts to fall down once inside. The style of the hotel seems to be somewhere between the late 1970 and a Danish heavy drama. Also rooms were dated and the poor plumbing in...
