Chose this hotel as close to the NIA. Plus being a premier inn, I knew it would be perfect for my short break. Breakfast is worth the money as plenty to choose from. Rooms are clean, tea and coffee making facilities in room, also hairdryer. There is parking on site on a first come, first serve basis. £7.50 for 24...

This is perfectly placed for the centre of Birmingham. The rooms are as expected and the staff very friendly. The food is limited, however there are plenty of restaurants in the area. It is also handy to get for a run along the canal.

Great business hotel. Spotless with decently large rooms and very nice bathrooms. Excellent location within 5 minutes' walk of the redeveloped canalside with restaurants and bars. But the best element of this hotel is Joyce who served our breakfast and even gave my colleague who'd overslept a bacon buttie to take with him. Top service.

Efficient check in and lovely rooms as come to expect in a premier inn. Very clean. Extra pillows available too. Could alter room temperature yourselves which is always good. People on duty at night let us have extra tea and milk at 1.30am which was great and needed as only two tea bags in each room. Baggage storage on arrival...

I found the hotel difficult to find. Walked past 80 Broad St 3 times. It was pouring with rain and I would have appreciated some better directional signage. Great room, what you would expect from Premier Inn. Clean, good size, firm comfy bed, spotless bathroom. There was some noise disturbance, first from whoever was in the room above; each step...

Stayed here for one night only. Very comfortable and clean room. Bathroom spacious and powerful shower. Very convenient for The Barclaycard Arena- about a 5 minute walk. Car parking available for £7.00 for 24 hours.
