Again we arrived for the annual visit to Birmingham Christmas market and NEC classic car show - thought we would try the Premier Inn as it was close to some nice eating facilities, was very pleasantly surprised with the whole stay. It was clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful - would certainly recommend this establishment, and would return...

really cannot fault Premier Inns, they are great value for money for a family of four, room spotless again, great breakfast, staff friendly... this location is perfect for a city stay... just tucked away off broad street it benefits from being quiet. Car park is a little restrictive, but that is due to major renovation works onging at the hotel,...

Close to Brindley place, loads of great restaurants there to choose from. Premier Inns always do what they say on the tin. Nice comfy beds, good breakfast in the morning, good coffee machine. Great reception staff.

Stayed 2 nights and on day 2 we asked to be moved to a top floor room as there is little sound insulation between floors. We were offered a free breakfast but no mention of the Good Night Guarantee refund. Car parking is very limited but we got the last space and then didn't move the car. Good location for...

Ideal location for Brindley place, rooms are modern and nice and clean, no air-conditioning at this hotel, can be a bit noisy at night with music from a nearby nightclub until 3am, stayed in room 58 and could hear people talking and laughing most of the night due to being above reception area were they go outside for a smoke,...

We stayed here as a group of girls going out for a 30th birthday. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but very clean and we had no issues. The breakfast was really nice and again all the staff were friendly and helpful. The customer service was very good and all my friends commented...

Negatives: limited parking, no lift (we were on the top floor) and the keys didn't work at first. The negatives were all totally wiped out by the quality of the staff who were all excellent. The £39 per night offer was also very attractive. Parking is available in the nearby Euro Car Parks in Sheepcote Street for £8 a day...

Visited for a couple of nights staying in a family room. Hotel Is a little awkward to find, and a little secluded in walking along the back street but all was fine once we got there. A straightforward check-in using the machine at reception. We had a ground floor room, big enough for the 3 of us but the wardrobe...

Lovely little hotel but didn't realise it hadn't got a bar ! Problems with parking due to work going on but no major issue !! Staff were as friendly as at any Premier Inn we have stayed at and breakfast was second to none ! Noisy fan in bathroom was annoying but generally a great little hotel !!

Admittedly car parking virtually non existent as is lift due to improvement works, however, this hotel is great. Very helpful staff, especially Shanna who went to the trouble of looking up public transport details for us and was so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were brilliant, room newly refurbished and was of a very high standard. Car park round the corner...
