We stayed here for my hen do and when I came back into my room The team had left a box of chocolates, a card and little bottle of wine for me Which was totally unexpected and I was really chuffed. My mum and her friend couldn't get into the car park as there were road works so the receptionist... More

We went to see a concert at the Barclaycard arena and the hotel was placed very close to the arena and also to all the fantastic bars and restaurants of the Brindley Place waterways. As usual the room was immaculate and the staff very helpful. There was no bar but it didn't matter as there was such a selection a... More

I visited Brindley Place only for Breakfast and coffee while I traveled in U.K four years ago and I still remember the smell from the delicious eggs I ordered. It has an amazing view to the riverbank and this including the tasteful breakfast ,made me have the ultimate English experience. I visited the place day after day while I was... More

What can I say? Its a Premier Inn and reaches their usual high standards of consistency. Other chains could learn a lot from the way Premier Inn manage to deliver such a consistent and standardised product. Okay, so it won't surprise you or win any awards for originality, but you get a comfy bed, a clean room, and a nice... More

Good location- two minute walk to Brindley Place and on to the ICC. My room looked newly decorated and was furnished to a high standard. It was very clean. No AC but there was a desk fan and although there was a heat wave, the temperature was ok. The breakfast featured a hot buffet and the all important Costa machine,... More

Just stayed one night - Clean , Tidy , Great Location , Good Grub , Friendly Staff , and a great price. Probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in . Wifi's not free would be brilliant if it was provided free of charge .

As with all Premier Inn's the rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. Not only is this hotel very convenient for the ICC but their breakfast is great. The standard items are buffet but the hot food comes direct from the kitchen. This means it is freshly prepared or certainly seems to be compared to the usual buffet style... More

Recently stayed here on one of the hottest days of the year - unfortunately there is no air con and a there is a club across the road that plays loud music until 1am/2am. The hotel did its best in the heat - providing a fan in all rooms and keeping the curtains closed in the day, but it wasn't... More
