The Fort is a great place to stay & has history! Parking right outside, nice welcome, spacious room, comfy bed, all clean & quite new, decent shower & little noise as long as you kept the window closed - you are by the M6

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 12 midday. Unless you pay £ 10 for early check in and check in by 12 midday.

No issues either, although there was broken glass in the car park when we were there. Not exceptionally well lit.
