Unfortunately my reservation didn't go through which may have tainted my view slightly, so I will split my review into 2 parts. Had the service not been so terrible, I would have given this 4/5. So upon arrival I gave in my name and they said they had no reservation for me. I moved to the side to find my...

Stayed here for one night on a quick visit to Birmingham. Yes, it's tiny but you know what you're going to when you book if you read the details. If you want somewhere to sleep then this is definitely value for money. Spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and lovely shower this was perfect for what we needed. It also...

We stayed here for 1 night along with 3 other couples. We all booked early and a double room cost £39. Check in advised there was a 24 hour bar, room was small and compact but perfect for what we needed with free wifi and kettle in the room. If you have claustrophobia it's probably not the room for you.. Cannot...

So after entering the labyrinth that lead to my box, sorry room, I finally got to my little enclosure. The room was the same width as a double bed and a doorway, with a tiny shower and toilet room tacked on the end. My wardrobe was two coat hangers attached to the wall. I genuinely could not believe that this...

First time in Birmingham and needed somewhere rather cheap and quick so ended up with a double room. Reception staff especially Adam if I remember his name correctly was great, helping us with our stay and going out of his way helping with a few things and for this reason we will definitely be back if we happen to be...

The room is compact, but it has everything you need. Its in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and near the bull ring. Stayed here for one night and it did the job perfectly. The room was nice and clean, staff are friendly and its cheap. Parking wasn't too expensive either - there is on road parking or...

The size of the rooms are pretty small but there was enough space to move around. The layout of the room was nice where you can put your bags underneath your bed. The room had tea and coffee drinking facilities but I wouldn't call it a luxury. The bathroom was nice but the door wouldn't shut so me and my...
