Myself and my daughter stayed for two nights in a de luxe room. Unfortunately, though we changed our room before our stay, when we arrived tired and hungry, the wrong room was allocated. The Deputy Manager, Mohammed, sorted it out swiftly and all was well - we had a nicer room. The day after we were out all day and came back to a room that wasn’t serviced. I mentioned this on checkout and again amends were made. Not only that but the Deputy Manager helped to carry heavy bags to our car in the car park. Not everything is perfect sometimes, but it’s the graciousness of a senior manager that puts things right. Thank you, Mohammed!
Why wouldn’t you want to dine here, The food was delightful the service was amazing I wish I could rate this more than five stars because oh my God they have outdone themselves. Have only been here before for afternoon tea I was delighted to try the new menu Indus. The new concept and a relaunch of a fantastic menu with friendly service as always. Rajbeer couldn’t do enough to help us and the food was hot delightful just enough spice and most of all great sharing for friends families and all. Jing, Ryan and Jude how amazing. This hotel and restaurant and staff really make it special. At the end of Broad Street you don’t have to walk far to get five star service.
Had a lovely meal here the food was outstanding and the astomphere and service was amazing. Secure parking next door, clean, elegantly designed hotel. Well done to the INDUS team and best of luck. Thankyou so much for making us feel so welcome.
Loved every minute. It was a fantastic experience, with friendly informative staff, great location, parking facilities. Large comfortable bedrooms. Fantastic decor and great ambience and atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
Me and my partner decided to book this hotel for the night for my birthday after reading some really positive reviews. The staff on reception were very friendly and attentive so no fault there. Our room however was TINY, you could barely move it was that small. The window wouldn’t open so it was either freezing cold or too hot. The mattress on the bed was INCREDIBLY worn or even broken. One side had no support and you just sank into it and the other side was rock hard. One of the lamp shades was dirty and broken. The shower was awful, it had no pressure at all. I have stayed in Birmingham before and I can honestly stay a premier inn is MUCH better than this hotel and a fraction of the cost. I will not be returning here again.
