Awful experience. Tired, dirty and run down. Carpet was disgustingly sticky, couldn’t take shoes off. Unhelpful staff Leaking bathroom Paid £150 for a one night stay which was an absolute rip off. Save your money and book a premier inn. Bar prices extortionate

Just stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while attending the British GP with my son. Having read some of the reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect. Some areas of the hotel do need upgrading, our room was dated but nothing to really to moan about, the room was huge with 2 king size beds, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and shampoo in the bathroom. The water when having a shower was just warm but again it’s not something we felt was worth calling reception about. Apart from the evenings we were never in the room. The evening meal and breakfast was fine and perfectly acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful at evening meals and breakfast, would I stay there again? Yes

Room was tired, dirty and not a nice experience. Chair at desk in room did not stay up, the room smelt fusty, it was cold, heater did not work. Plenty of parking and receptionist friendly enough. Needs a refurbishment. Would not stay here again.

This was my first weekend visit to the Coventry Citrus to pursue my interest in classic car shows. Parking was straightforward. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was clean, pleasant and spacious. Evening dinner was available at a time to suit me, a very acceptable menu. The food was served cheerfully, promptly, hot and tasty as was breakfast. I found the beer and wine very acceptable, again, served cheerfully. The staff always found time to chat which is to be commended. My verdict - I'll be back !

We stopped of here the night before crufts. Having the dogs it’s great to have somewhere that allows them in the rooms. The food wasn’t bad but but perfectly enjoyable. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfy. They did seem to be understaffed. We were always looking for someone to serve us at the bar, sometimes even going into the kitchen to get someone. Would come back.

Its located nicely if people want to use the airport , a bit outdated and it did not help to come across unwelcoming receptionist who hardly spoke and had to motivate her to speak, she did not even asked to keep a tab open for bar/ restaurant!! The lady in the bar was helpful but the food was disappointing and disgusting, I hardly could cut through the burger, it was dark pate!! and over heated in the microwave as well soggy chips which was warmed up in the microwave!! I do not know where they got the recipe for coleslaw , very poor , Please improve or close the kitchen . For that price they could have put a better selection of tea bags in the room.overall disappointing.

We booked this great hotel for my Mum's wake and also spent a couple of nights here too, the staff were absolutely fabulous ....Thanks to Jemma and Diana and the rest of the team from start to finish you were totally professional and attentive and you helped make what was a very sad day a real celebration of Mum's life....the food was lovely and the room was just what we needed.....we shall definitely return hopefully one day under happier circumstances.

I stayed here as part of a tour group for the British Grand Prix in July 2021. The staff made me feel very comfortable and attended to any issues I had during my stay (which were minimal). They took covid-19 protocols very seriously, and made sure we were all kept safe. Food was nice and reasonably priced, breakfast was included as part of the deal. The room was comfortable, even if slightly dated. The room had all the utilities you’d expect to find, so I had nothing to complain. Will be back next year for the F1! Keep up the good work tor all the staff at the hotel!

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly, helpful and dedicated. The hotel itself really needs a full refurbishment, but if you're looking for a good value for money stay I would recommend it. The bedroom I had was clean and spacious, the food was good and nothing was too much trouble for staff. There is a selection of good sized meeting rooms and the layout gives the property a cosy feel. We brought 70 guests to the hotel and they all gave extremely positive feedback about their stay.
