    Wife just got back from mystery tour and unfortunately stayed at this terrible hotel. Beds awfully hard, dirty flooring, curtains hanging off, building looks like a car park, ancient TV with filthy remote control, bedding disgraceful, bingo and quiz night, bar drinks tasted awful.     just come back from there today 29/12/2015 .Went with family and friends. Frist time never again. Food was first come first served. Did not catering for children. Stuff in room not work kettle ect . When tell them at reception they did not care ....More

    I wholeheartedly agree, don't bother staying here, find anywhere else and I can assure you whatever you experience it will be far better than the Coventry Hill Hotel

    201 was a delightful single room with plenty of space, spotless bathroom and thick curtains preventing light intrusion. It was chilly because the radiator was not working properly but reception promised to repair the fault... More

    we stayed on coach trip not best location the hotel was not bad but the food we loved and no complaints. they even had a happy hour if you like a drink
