This hotel looked stunning from the outside. It was a lovely hotel but sadly our room was such a hike away. I’m not ‘old old’ but it did exhaust me lol. I was travelling with my 27 year old son (seeing the killers in Coventry at the arena). We had stipulated a must for twin single beds. The bed was a double but a lovely lady from housekeeping came and separated the beds for us. My other disappointment was the lack of a fridge. I love a cold drink during the night so this was annoying. The bathroom did have mould along the bath but nothing a quick spray of mould cleaner would have resolved. The breakfast was lovely but priced at £15 per head was very expensive.

This is a very good hotel, but very tired, though clearly in the process of refurbishment. The very positive element, the staff, and we particularly wish to compliment two charming young ladies, Holly, and Grace, who not only put up with our demands but did so in a very friendly and efficient way, BUT breakfast clearly lets this place down. The ‘hot food’ was generally overcooked and cold. We slept well, lovely quiet rooms at the rear, and plenty of parking. Once refurbished, this will undoubtedly beca very good hotel.

Located right in the middle of Warwick University campus this is part of a conference centre and this is the general feel of the establishment when you walk in. It is spacious and functional and the rooms are OK, think Travelodge meets Holiday Inn Express. I had an executive room, I think that means it's bigger than the standard rooms which I think is worth it as it didnt cost much more. The breakfast was very good however the coffee in urns was not pleasant. You just need to step out of the dining area where there is free coffee from machines which is much better. Staff throughout are the best feature. They do need to sort out the litter surrounding the building - there were plastic bottles scattered outside the entrance which were still there the next day. No reycling facilities anywhere either. But overall I would recommend.

Great place to stay when visiting the University. It’s got a cute conference centre feel about it, the rooms are functional, clean and the staff have always been really pleasant. We have stayed here several times and would be happy to stay here again.

Parking gratuito.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a training course. The first allegedly accessible room they put me in had a bath in the bathroom, with an over bath shower. I complained, as I had requested a fully accessible room, so they moved me to the room next door. There was a fire door in the corridor between these two rooms, which made the turning circle very tight, and I scratched the door several times turning into the room. The door was on an automatic opener, though, which made it very easy to open. The bathroom was a wet room with fold down chair, so safe to shower in. Almost all the doors in the conference centre were automatic openers, so getting around was easy, unlike the Radcliffe, where I had the misfortune to try to stay in the following week. The catering staff have no concept of food intolerances, however, as despite being told by the training company AND myself that I’m allergic to chilli and raw onion, all my main meals contained at least one of these ingredients on day 1, and despite my very vocal complaints, also on day 2. I can not recommend anyone staying here.
