Our stay was fine the room was spotless but what let this premier inn down was the sub standard disgusting slopp they dish up for dinner and breakfast, Take my advice and eat elsewhere, we ended up having to order an Indian takeaway as we left most of our dinner as it was so disgusting, so all in all it...

We had a great stay in Coventry and would highly recommend this Premier inn. We will definitely come again. The staff were all very friendly, and I would like you to pass on our thanks. A great stay, thank you!

I stayed here with my brother and sister on the eve of a cousin's funeral. Our overall impression was very good. It felt like a reasonably grand building due to the high ceilings and wide corridors and the rooms felt spacious. Standards of cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms seemed good and the beds were comfortable too. The staff were...

This review is not about the hotel as such, but more about the staff. Without exception they are friendly, helpful and seem to really enjoy their jobs. This makes for a great impression on guests; thank you! Normal comfy rooms and good value meal deals.

Very pleased to have stayed at this hotel. It was the first time I had stayed away at a hotel with my children, and we were all so very comfortable. Beds were just right, and the service was great. We all enjoyed breakfast the next morning and again the service there was excellent. Only negatives would be that our room...

The building is nice, checkin automated - like a lot of premier inns these days. I felt my room was depressing. The lighting used the cheapest kind of low energy bulb - that takes hours to warm up. My TV remote was a bit grubby but otherwise room was basic but OK. There was no extractor in the bathroom and...

Nice comfortable rooms. We stayed on the third floor where it was nice and quiet. The breakfast also was good. My only criticism was if you are a woman you should take a shower cap as the shower unit is very very high and cannot be lowered.

I have now had 4 stays and 4 different rooms here over the past couple of months. Great location walking distance to city and in a great building. Independent parking is available close by at £5 per midweek evening. Car park machines take cash only and don't always like notes so good idea to have some coin saved. My first...

Staff are friendly and helpful; facility is quiet and clean; location is safe. Restaurant/bar in hotel is of good quality. No parking arrangements. Adjacent public car park requires daily cash-only payment. No ATM on site. No other amenities (such as gym, pool, laundry service, business center). Check-in kiosks are a strange, impersonal experience that I simply do not like. Rooms...
