We had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute for 4 nights as our daughter was ill. It was this place for £248 or over £500 and we didn't have time to read the reviews.we were allocated room 105 and this seems to be one of the better rooms according to the other recent reviews. Black out curtains... More

Booked via booking.com, and they should be ashamed of themselves too for even allowing it a listing. Paid considerably more than £100 for one night, which, normally always finds me a clean, working business class hotel. I'm far from being a snob, and I wasn't expecting The Ritz for £100 quid. All I expected was a clean and relaxing overnight... More

Dirty, noisy, no service, terrible. Furnitures and bath very old . Door not really closing. Feeling insecure to let my luggage in the room. This hotel needs an inspection. I did not even go to breakfast. Bad feeling

Grotty car park. Nobody on reception. Confusing layout. Poor signage. Filthy slow lift. Dark corridors. Dirty carpet. Cell like single room. Awful place. Should be condemned. Do not stay here. Ever. Sleep in your car.

My partner and I decided to look at the Allesley for our marriage, at first it all looked good the young man showing us around was enthusiastic and eager we booked asap with him. he assured us he had lots of experience and had worked at the hilton for seven years before working there. For a several thousand pound booking... More

I attended a wedding at the Allesley hotel and was very impressed with the location and the hotel itself, the hotel staff were very helpful and polite.I stayed an evening in the hotel the room was nice and comfortable with ample room for my children. I would highly recommend this hotel, it's location is close to the city centre whilst... More

When you arrive at the Allesley hotel, the first impression isn't too bad, the building looks quite grand If somewhat dated, the reception area would also look impressive if there were any lights on, which there weren't when we arrived. But it was daytime and the place wasn't busy so I didn't think much of it. The receptionist asked for... More

It is not my intention to be negative or injurious towards this "hotel" but it is definitely more a hostel/temporary accommodation facility and NOT a hotel. Please do NOT consider booking this accommodation especially if you are a business traveller or booking on behalf of a colleague working in the area. True............the stock photos look encouraging and enticing but the... More

On arriving it took me over 20 mins to get anyone to check me in despite there being only one person in front of me. When I enquired about room service and the restaurant I was told that they were not doing evening meals only breakfast and that there was a harvester down the road. Yet on booking I was... More
