We stayed here after receiving a Buy a Gift voucher for Christmas. The hotel exceeded our expectations, the room had been recently refurbished and was very clean. An evening meal and breakfast were included and the food was a great standard and plenty of choice. The staff were very attentive and always on hand. The only point we saw that...

We had our wedding here in February and had a wonderful day. The staff at the hotel throughout the planning process and on the day were really friendly and helpful,. The day itself ran very smoothly with the venue being well set up for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception. The second bar and sitting area was perfect for...

Lovely old building in Arundel High Street behind the castle, it has nooks and crannies and ghosts (I didn't see any though). Walking back in time when you stay here. It has a big hall for events which is why I was staying there

Thoroughly enjoyed this old style hotel. Very friendly helpful staff who all were keen to fulfil our needs with a smile. Had a pleasant refurbished room in the old part of the hotel, comfortable bed (firm pillows) but lacking a decent shower. An excellent full breakfast was served in a delightful room. Dinner is a fixed price 2 or 3...

Nicky was our personal planner and made the whole process really enjoyable and stress free . She was available...

Just had my 70th Birthday and was delighted to receive a Buyagift voucher for a two night stay at the Norfolk Arms. Beginning the booking process, the phone listed on their website was not working. An e-mail to check availability was not responded to. A second one said that there were rooms and apologised for the first one having ended...

Really good value for money and staff and service were excellent - highly recommended We were here for a wedding but could have just as easily stayed for the hotel which is situated right at the heart of the town.

So Hilda and I decided to broaden our repertoire and visit Arundel (which I can't help feel sounds a bit like a place you might encounter during the Lord of the Rings)...we didn't find hobbits but we were certainly enchanted by Arundel itself, taking time to visit a surprising amount of unique little shops, antique and otherwise. The Norfolk Arms...

We were fortunate enough to spend Valentines Night at The Norfolk Arms Hotel. This beautiful old building is maintained in excellent condition by the group that own it. We were warmly greeted by the reception staff especially Michelle. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a clear desire to please and deliver great customer service. Our dinner was excellent...
