Heather and Bryan were perfect hosts. We were made to feel at ease within 10 seconds of Bryan greeting us. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was wonderful. They are only a 10 min.stroll from the Centre and their recommendations, food-wise, are worth following. For a change(!) the hotel is worth every penny. -Oh, and the breakfast was...

How on earth can a B&B - even a boutique one attract all these rave reviews? To find out, you'll have to visit Richmond House for yourselves and we really recommend you do. What sets it apart is the attention to detail and the little kindnesses supplied by the absolutely charming Bryan and Heather (not to mention young Frederick and...

Booked here for one night and was worried that Richmond House would not live up to its reviews. My fears were groundless! Warm and welcoming hosts, who were happy to advise and accommodate specific requests, a spotless room and bathroom, an amazingly comfortable bed and a high quality, delicious breakfast. This establishment is a ten minute walk from the shops...

Lovely little B&B ten minutes walk from the centre of town in a side road. The room was spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard, the bathroom was amazing for what is a B&B. It had plenty of storage and was stocked with refreshments well beyond what is normally expected. The little touches though are what made it, fresh...

I am an American who went to school at the University over 20 years ago. When my friend and I decided to come back and visit Chichester, we booked the Richmond house from the appealing pictures on line. When we were so pleased with how beautiful the house was. We were amazed with how wonderful Bryan and Heather were. It...

I stayed here with my husband in the October half term as he is a teacher. Heather and Bryan were very friendly and really couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in room 2 which was tastefully decorated and comfortable. As I am on a gluten free diet gluten free bread was provided, and the sausages were already gluten free....

Everything from the welcome to the farewell was utterly perfect. The quality of service, luxurious comfort and chic boutique styling is just outstanding - the breakfast unforgettable - we are still missing it. Do go and chill out, relax and enjoy this gorgeous place. It sounds too good to be true - and it is!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at the end of October, in Room 3. As soon as we stepped in the door Brian took our cases to our room, which was sumptuous and homely - very well appointed, beautiful bedlinen, thick thick towels, bottled water, plentifully stocked tea tray. Brian brought muffins and newspaper to our room half...

Bryan & Heather have created a lovely, comfortable, welcoming place to stay, within easy walking distance of Chichester. Having driven down that morning for a graduation service at noon, they couldn't have been more helpful, getting our room ready so that we could freshen up and get changed. As other reviews have commented on, the breakfast was lovely and as...
