Staff nice and breakfast was fine. Our room was like a garage or outbuilding and the bed was as hard as nails. Terrible value at £90 per night. Very noisy too. Very poor choice of B and B's in Chichester.

Needed a room for two Shakespeare plays at the Festival theatre. Very convenient, only a few hundred yards from the theatre. Comfortable and cosy. Good big TV in room with tea and coffee and trouser press. Bathroom with shower and good quality towels.

I spent one night here with my friend at the weekend. The staff who we came across were all very friendly and the breakfast is very tasty, fresh and hot!! However the room was disappointing. When we arrived the shower had 5 long hairs in the bottom of it so appeared not to have been cleaned or someone has used...

Visited for drinks and dinner and enjoyed both. It's an attractive place, all wood in the bar with leather sofas and chairs to relax in.There's a restaurant at the back and accommodation attached as well in 10 rooms. The beer was good with Doombar and Landlord on tap, the latter of which ran out unfortunately. The food was ample and delicious...

Stayed for one night. Rooms are at back of pub. Room was nice and clean. The only 2 slight negatives were no air conditioning and it was a very hot day and can be a bit noisy with customers drinking in pub courtyard where rooms are located. Breakfast was good. The best reason to stay here is the location. You...

Called in while sightseeing around Chichester. A nice pub, good food and pleasant atmosphere. Very handy location to Wall Walk, Centre of city and main shopping areas. Would recommend for anyone wanting a good meal, and a refreshing stop.

Our recent stop at this establishment was not the first nor the last. I find the position on the end of the high street and within a few minutes walk of the theatre and a large car park an ideal location for a visit to Chichester. The rooms in the converted stables to the rear of the pub are of...

I came here for 1 night's stay whilst visiting the Festival theatre. I had not stayed here before and whilst the location was excellent for the theatre, I do have a few comments to make about my stay. I was told by one of the staff when I was shown to my room that the key lock was a little...

Chichester is a lively town and very central for visiting attractions within that area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves ( there was a group of us, so we had 4 rooms) were tired and in need of decoration and some TLC. We stayed in room 1 the wifi was not great. I was...
