We stayed here for a week in September, in the family suite. The location was amazing, walk to wherever you needed to go, public transportation easily accessible. Safe and secure building. Great pub next door (the Adelphi) with good food and great service. Penny, the property manager was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Answered any questions we had! Thank you Penny for making our stay so pleasant. We had a small hiccup on arrival and we were a little lost, communication through email to Mark was quick and easy! Also very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I am ever lucky enough to go back!! Cheers!

Lovely 2 day stay. Apartment very clean and spacious. We stayed in 72 which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and great view out over the city from the balcony. Few more instructions needed on to how to work the appliances; eg dishwasher and hot water as first day we had cold showers. Adelphi down the road is worth a visit as quant old fashioned pub. Also visited Thai Edge restaurant (1/2 mile away) for lovely meal. Armouries museum is close by too with lovely canalside walks. The New Conservatory is also a great pub in the city centre. Hosts were excellent and gave great instructions with photos on how to find and get into car park.

I had apartment 25 which was a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor. No view, but did have a small balcony. It had everything I needed, was well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils so wasn’t a hassle cooking. There is a lift, but if you are in a wheelchair you can only exit on level -1 up the garage ramp as on level 0 there are a few steps down to the exit door. Penny couldn’t have been more helpful. If you like to run, it’s very easy access to the dockside/river from the apartment exit. The location in general is very good. Only a short walk into the centre, but quieter at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Contemporary modern apartments in a block well placed for the railway station and city centre. The kitchen area was at one end of the living room in the apartment we stayed in, as is common in new builds these days. Whilst well equipped these areas are not really geared up for much cooking as you’re hard pressed to find any food preparation space! But I doubt that it’s much of a problem as you’re unlikely to be cooking elaborate meals with the restaurants of Leeds on your doorstep! Our place was a good size for two people with a comfortable bed. Bathroom has a ‘ stand in the bath ‘ shower which is surprising. We had a balcony which ran the length of the flat so that it could be accessed from bedroom or living room. And there’s a small table and two chairs so that you can sit out and enjoy your rooftop view. Our apartment faced a courtyard containing an Italian restaurant. There was some noise from it but this is all over by about 10.30. More of a nuisance is that the courtyard is used as a cut-through to other flats nearby. Many of those using it love the sound of their own voices at 4am and so you may be disturbed sometimes. Apart from that, the apartments are a very good standard and represent really good value for money when compared to hotels. Ideal for visiting Leeds for a few days.…

A great location, easy to find, good communication with the vendors, reasonably priced, clean enough and feels safe. The only downside is the interior and facilities feel really dated now and the whole apartment could do with a refurbishment especially the bathroom as there is no air circulation in the apartment.
